Hi Peter Good to hear from you! You know how you have no problem at work deaing with someone trying to sell you something that's not up to scratch; I wonder if it would help to get into that mindset and deal with your Boo Monster that same way: he is a charlatan, trying to pull a fast one on you. Could you shut your eyes, visualise a real case that you have dealt with, then have that guy be the Boo Monster. I bet you could put him in his place!
