Eddie just read your last message.I also live in Ireland,in Dublin and was wondering if we could arrange to talk.Let me know if your comfortable with this.Unlike you I never had the courage to attend a workshop and at this time believe that if I don't do something positive about my paruresis I will get even more depressed.Think about it.
