Hi Dave Its on the UKPT website here http://www.ukpt.org.uk/drug_testing.htm Drug testing in industry is usually sub-contracted to testing agencies. They do what is easiest for them. There is no law governing how testing should be done as far as I know. However in the UK it is not observed testing as in the USA's DoT requirements; however even in a cubicle, just having the tester by the door can obviously cause lock-up. Individuals have to make their case for aternative methods. We have occasionally given individuals information and moral support. Andrew
