Don't forget that when you are in a safe place to pee, hold till you get in urgency 6 or more. Why? Im used, when im in my house or any other safe place, to pee when im in urgency 1 - 2, well thats wrong!! because when i go to a party, trip, etc. and get in urgency 3 - 4 i start to get really anxious, then when urgency hit 8-9 (the easier moment to pee) im so anxious that i just cant do it. Just that, a reminder Sorry about the weird english hehe.
