Hi Aarti Welcome to the board! I'm sure you're going to have a wonderful time in London (and yes, it's very cold at the moment!) Ladies toilets are almost always floor to ceiling type doors. I have never been in one with a high door, so please don't worry about that. Andrew mentioned a good idea though, long before you need to go, why not pop into a couple of toilets just to check your hair or whatever (no-one in your group needs to know) and have a look at the type of toilets we have here. As a general rule, the toilets in the big stores, and eating places are usually very comfortable places...warm, safe and comfy! Have you any plans to go any where specific in London? Harrods, for example, has wonderful toilets, but you have to pay!
