Hi Robin It is nice to hear some of my words stuck with you!! Seriously, it IS good to know you are still making good progress, and making a bit of a game out of it is half the battle! REfuse to take it seriously and it wont be serious! Bit disappointing to hear Mark (see below) say he doesn't feel he can make time to desense in order to move forward with his AP - maybe you should book another workshop, Mark. That would force you to commit. After all if you had an ingrowing toenail, would you really say "I don't have time to go and have this fixed, and spend time every night treating it at home" ? But back to you Robin. I think it is great you have a buddy on tap whenever you feel like a desense session. You made such good progress at the workshop, it is brilliant to see you going from strength to strength. Thanks for the kind words about the workshops.
