Hi Jim, Well done for posting. I'm a year younger than you and have also suffered since childhood. You won't beleive what a change a workhsop can make!! Just go for it. You'll feel copletely safe with Andrew and Colin and the other guys. You won't regret it one bit. Cheers mate. Geoff.
