Yes, the subject says it all!!
Went out last night with my mate Pete, a (very good) recovering AP, last night for a meal and desense. Managed 3 trips to the urinals with only a slight hesitation - this is normal of course. The set up; There are dividers in between each of the 5 urinals, which are well spaced apart. Be patient, I'll get to the bridge bit in a minute!!!
After a quick coffee at Pete's, I commenced my 45 minute journey home via a different route (this is my satnavs fault!!!). Anyway, after about 10 minutes I started getting the urge..... after about 10 minutes and 45 seconds, I really got the urge So, eyes on 'safe place' alert, I desperately looked for a suitable sheltered area..... not to be seen though Finally, not able to hold anymore, I yanked on the brakes, pulling slighty off the roadside by, you guessed it.... A BRIDGE As I started to unzip, a car came round the corner but, I was so desperate to go I didn't care.....come to think of it, a herd of elephants could have come round the corner and I still wouldn't have cared (not that there are any elephants in Suffolk!)
A very relieving and happy moment for sure. If there is any evidence that the workshops help, this is it!! Not sure if Andrew and Colin intendid for me to pee off a bridge though!!! You've created a monster
Pete
