Thanks for the reply and sorry it has taken me a while to respond.
I read your post about obtaining catheters, and it was very informative, so thanks for linking to it. It seems like getting catheters has helped you and helped with knowing that its there if you need to use it. I hope your stag night and Honeymooon and everything goes well!
I think going to my GP would be the best thing to do at first, to see what they say. I vaguely mentioned it before when I went to see them about anxiety and they just seemed brush it off as "general anxiety" or something. But hopefully with all the info I have now I'll have more success.
Depending on what the GP says the website you have might come in useful, although, if its not too much trouble, would it be possible to find it for me please?
Yes, the workshops do sound like a good idea, and the success stories from people after going to them seems really good. I'll definitely think about it, although I'm not entirely sure how I'd get it past my parents (as I still live at home, and they'd want to know where I was going) but maybe/hopefully in the future.
