Hi Mark, Well done !! Great to hear that you decided to visit the loo on the flight. All these experiences help build a bank of positive memories to call on for when we need them. Unfortunately our minds seem far better at remembering the negatives. Glad to hear your'e getting back to some desensing. Must admit, I haven't done much for a while.
