Hi mate, Glad all went ok. You sound just like I did before I found this site and attended a workshop! Iv got a 9 hour flight coming up in 4 weeks which I was petrified about before but now looking forward to it. Sitting down is alot easier for me at any time, not sure why, maybe because you feel more enclosed??? Its good to see you're wanting to get back to de-sensing, it takes alot of dedication and effort so well done! Mark
