I'm new to this board but just wanted to offer you words of encouragement. This appears to be a mind-bending condition and it batters away at our egos. It sounds like on the day in question you had a good toilet experience as well so put simply is it not one up and one down which makes it even. It coud have been worse with two negative experiences!
