Good to hear from you, and glad it is going well for you.
As you say, we bend over backwards to make sure participants feel as comfortable as is possible given the situation; there is enough anxiety in paruresis and in dealing with it, without adding more!
Your experience of a complete change in the way you perceive this condition is a common one on the workshop, and one we aim for; it is like deflating a balloon, or like letting out your breath after holding it a long time - a great release of tension.
Glad you are on track and still practicing. See you on a Follow-Up workshop some time.
