Hi Geoff and Pete,

Just to reiterate what Mark has said about workshops. You will make more progress than you expect and you will have a great time in the process. Both workshops I have been on involved meeting a great bunch of people who support each other, have a laugh and you will keep in touch with some of them afterwards. The workshops are superbly led by Andrew and Colin. You will go home feeling really good!
