Thanks for responding. I haven't been online for a while (moving house) so I only just saw the post! Do you suffer with paruresis a lot still or have you found ways of managing it? Do you think it is related to your past - ie getting flashbacks etc preventing being able to 'go' - any ideas on how to manage this? Do you ever 'get over' it? Hope you don't mind the questions..
