Hi Mark, Slightly different tactic, does your best man or any good mates know about your paruresis who will be planning the stag weekend? Could be an idea to tell the best-man and he can perhaps plan the weekend around good facilities. If you have one person in the group knowing, he can always cover for you if things get bad. Always use the following excuses to leave the bar / club need to take an unexpected phone call, get some cash from the bank or quick cigarette break!! Do you know where your going? If abroad, I guess no pre planning can be done...... Good Luck.......
