Hi Adam, A great read well done! There are some great tips there and it sounds like you really have the de-sensing sussed. Keep it up and please keep us all informed on your progress. Does your wife know about this? I agree it would be a good idea to de-sense with your wife. Any challanges (even around the home) help build your confidence in general. Mark L
