Hi Adam,

Glad to see you found this site. If you havent already, read the post about the begginers workshops. It will be a valuable step to take to overcome this.

Spend some time reading Geoff's posts about his de-sensing experiences and like he said start a post of your own, where you can document your progress. Fluid load, and go for a walk and stop at as many WC's as you can.
