Yes I have tried Exeter Debenhams and find it unsatisfactory, too close I think. (There is a definite shortage of loos in the new precinct isn't there?) Next time you are in Plymouth go to the new Drake Circus loos (top floor). Best in the area in my book. There is a separate urinal across the floor from all the others. Funnily enough before the workshop Exeter Motorway services was what I set myself as my definition of what success would be after it, and I am happy to say I have succeeded there now. Also if you are travelling up the motorway from the southwest make sure you go into Gordano services at Bristol, they are just so nice.
