Hi Martin.
It must be a real help having a brother with the same trouble. You can give each other a lot of support, but mind you don't actually confirm each other in this problem. Can you pee together?
As far as the nightclub goes, I would have a lot of difficulty going back there, myself. I've only just found this site, having suffered from this for all my life (I'm 53), so I've only just realised that there is hope.
