Well done Jan, it's great to hear the workshops have helped. I'm doing well and even managed a business day trip to Switzerland last week...... I had a misfire but went back 20 minutes later and success!! None of my colleagues even noticed my two shortly spaced trips to the toilet. I would also recommend anyone thinking about a workshop to make a new year's resolution and sign up to the next workshop. Regards Adam
