It may sound funny Mark, but you will actually enjoy the workshop. I always found it a helpfull but also very enjoyable weekend. About your trip AdamP, well done. It's actually a fact that people you're with don't even seem to notice you have gone away. I have tried on purpose at a party to see who was missing occasionally in the group. Very boring and i actually hardly noticed when someone left or came back. I care less and less and i'm very happy we're all making progress. Take care Jan
