Hi Nigel Quite comforting that someone else has this problem aswell!! Quite often I`ll be dreaming of exactly the same situation and my dream would relfect exactly what I dread during the day, the same situations that we all dread. I do find myself waking up needing to urinate but I wake up every night needing the toilet, i think my body has got so accustomed to voiding urine when it`s "safe" on just a mild urge I automatically wake up when there isn`t much of a need. I did attend the DR`s last year and a urine test proved negative, i didn`t have the confidence to tell him about my AP problem.
