Just to confirm what Robin says. I attended the same workshop this weekend and found it a true revelation. Colin and Andrew are really great. I would encourage anyone who has this problem to go along to a workshop - there is nothing to fear and you'll be among friends. It's so great that after all these years I've been shown such a positive way of attacking this problem. Just go for it - you'll be able to start enjoying your life to the full once more.
