Hi Colin and Mike, Yes I've read alot about the workshops, its obvious that they've helped people! I would love to get involved in one in the future. Telling my doctor does seem to be the next step (I have an appointment with him next wednesday so I'll do it then). Thank you for your kind advice, Tom
