Hi Steve Well done, lessons learned. Its worth emphasising to others that having a pee is not a race; the whole point is to empty the bladder, and if it takes 30 secs or 3 minutes is not really relevant. The trick is to get to the point where you see other people taking their time, enabling you to gain confidence to do the same. Now you have done it once, you can do it again and either: a) you will subconsciously be more relaxed and so will perform in less time, or b) you will take just as long; whatever, you still complete your mission.
