Posted by James So here's my view of how to respond to such a situation: 1. Accept that you were in the right and the security guy (if that's what he was) is hugely in the wrong. 2. Ask him why he was perving on you - pull out your mobile phone and say you are going to call the cops because you have been molested by a pervert. If this sounds aggressive - it isn't! You have the right to use the toilets. By the way - my son used a urinal last week with a big group of people - all family but good progress! james
