Last Tuesday i had my first misfire in 18 months and i don't know exactly why. I had urinated successfully 4 times in the changing room urinal whilst men were around and needed to go again because i had been in the sauna and had been drinking plenty of water. Me and a regular said "hi" to each other as i stood by the urinal and i thought he was going into the sauna area and not to the toilet. He stood at the only one next to me and went straight away but for some reason i couldn't go. I didn't seem to feel anxiety nor was i worried about privacy proximity as we have showered and changed in front of each other many times. I said to him "i mustn't be ready yet as i can't go", "strange really as i have drank plenty of water", he said "water is the best thing for it" and i said "yes". I walked to the showers for a cool down and then went back to the urinal where i went straight away as i was alone. Unlike the previous misfires i have had post-workshop, i didn't get down about it for some reason. Last Friday i had my first night out in 4 months. The misfire still hadn't got me down and i was ready for the challenge! As usual, i took a small piece of paper and pen with me to code each visit after i had been. I made 7 visits in total. 4 visits were to separate urinals, and 3 visits were to troughs. Proximity was close 4 times, once next, and non-existent the other 2 times and i had NO failures!!! Hurahhhhhhh!!!!
Well done Karl, I must admit I am very impressed with your success! You are proof that the UKPT workshops and what they teach really do bring success.. keep up the good work!
