It is now exactly one year on since i went to my first workshop already! I have recorded all 992 times i have used the toilet and am astounded/proud to see i have had 979 successes, 10 latent successes, and only three, yes three misfires in all that time! Thanks to my paruresis diary i can tell you all that my last misfire was way back on April 10th at a fitness centre urinal. As it is January, i strongly urge everyone to get a diary and stick to the workshop programme as it does pay off with time and dedication. I wish you all a post-workshop successful 2017!

It has made a difference to my life so far Ann. I am much more confident but not overly confident as there are some situations i haven't been in to see if i can manage or not yet such as a busy service station toilets and work urinals (which would include the hierarchy of "nature of the person i.e friend COLLEAGUE, stranger or acquaintance"). I don't drive so would only use services once in a blue moon but it is still a new challenge that i would like to face and conquer because i am determined to beat paruresis 100% one day. I wish you the best of success in your efforts Ann.
