Guys was just on another forum where someone was chatting about this and it reminded me about this website.
Just wanted to say that I suffered from parauesis from the age of 16 to at least 20 and it literally ruined my life.
Had a cathether that I never used but dreaded social situations and long journeys on trains ect.
I now have about a 95% + success rate.
I just wanted to say stick at it and you will get over it. What got me over it was drinking a lot of alchohol whilst socialising during uni years and putting myself in situations where I had no choice but to go, and also just being really really honest about it too with people (they respect it).
Good luck, you can definitely conquerer it even though it may seem impossible now, I have.
