transfer to a loved one

Hi, can anyone tell me if it is possible for one person who suffers to begin to transfer their anxiety to another, ie one partner being anxious about the other partner using public facilities when out and about?

I am not sure what you are asking here. It is very easy for a partner to become anxious about anything that they feel tneir other half is suffering from.

I know of one case where an AP asked a mate to buddy him; after a bit, the buddy asked to stop because it was making him self-conscious as well.

Could you be more specific?

quite simply my partner of two years has suffered for many years, I have now noticed that he becomes anxious when I need to use the bathroom while we are out, he worries especially when we are out with family etc or I go out alone.
