going with clothes on

I have an idea, practice by yourself trying to go with you clothes on(stop just before you go) as that is harder than when exposed. Then practice doing it when walking, and then around others. Then should be easier at urinal???

Hi,

Iv often tried this, like when shopping in supermarkets (not when actually walking). I figured theres other people around me and no one will know im trying to go, so no pressure! May be worth making this part of a de-sensing process???

I think its good idea, once you can go with clothes on ,try it with tighter fitting jeans,then try to do it walking slowly(much harder)

then it will make it easier on the urinal???

what is de-sensing process?

De-sensing is basically going out to public WCs and practicing/getting accustomed to being there. eg fluid loading, then going in to a cubicle or stand at a urinal and attempt to go. You challenge yourslef but dont push youeself too far.
