The book 'Shy Bladder Syndrome'

Hi all

There are several posts on Jason K's 'feelings of inadequacy' enquiring about 'Shy Bladder Syndrome', a book by Stephen Soiffer.

You can purchase this book from Amazon, with reference isbn9781572242272 or simply by typing the title. It is currently on sale for £7.14 - not a lot of pennies considering you'll get a lot from it!!!

I read this book before going on a beginners workshop. Trust me, and the others who have read this book, it is a bloody fascinating read.
