Recently i went on a road trip to France and Spain. I'm a still cubicle guy, so usually i'm ok, even when it's busy. This one stop was something else, as i parked at the service station, so did 3 busses full of tourists. The cramped bathrooms where packed. So, i went back out, had a coffee, went for a walk and about 10 minutes later the 200 people got back to their bus, and it was quiet again. All went well, while before i would have stressed out because it was so busy. Now thanks to the workshops i relax, wait a bit and go back, no problem.
Keep it all up!
Regards Jan

Thats the way to do it! Another example of how the workshops completly change your mindset.
Emagine if you went into an empty WC, then came out the cubicle to find all them people in there! You would think it was a set up!
Well done mate,
Mark

Hi Jan
Good to hear that you can manage the situation without anxiety - life just gets easier eh?
The other good thing is that because you had the time, you considerately kept out of their way so as not to make it even more packed.
