Hi Just a quick question to see what other people think, and that is having a portable radio to stick on as it takes the mind off of where you are, and if a really good track is on you will feel less rushed. But if im going out, to say a concert my last drink will be no less than an hour before I go out and really cutting back on caffine.

Hi Marc,
Alot of people find having an MP3 player helps alot. You can have a song that makes you happy playing, or even sounds of running water if you wish (which you can download from somewhere). If I had an MP3 player, id sure use it in the bathroom!
With regards to cutting back on caffine and not drinking, this is what we have all done or do. Once you have attended a workshop you will forget this and not even think about what you drink!
