I thought that I was alone in the world with this very annoying an inconvenient condition until I stumbled accross this website late october 2008. I am 44 and had reached the stage where I would have tried anything to get a "cure". I have since attended the begginers workshop (London ,Jan 09 ) and the recent follow up workshop (London ,March 09). Imagine my surprise when I turned up at the begginers workshop after weeks of anxiety to discover that I WAS NOT ALONE and furthermore my fellow AP sufferers were not nutters , social outcasts or in any other way abnormal! I have moved on a great deal with this thanks to these workshops. The only thing that I regret is that this was not available 20 years ago.If you have A.P do not hesitate to do this. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself. You do not have to let another 10 or 20 years go by wishing there was something that you can do -THERE IS. Andrew and Colin who run the workshops in London are top blokes and without exception everyone who attended got a tremendous amount from it. Hi to everyone who was ther and many thanks to Andrew and Colin.

Hi Chris,
Good post! I can confirm that workshops are a vital step for the recovery prosess. Emagine yourself 20 years from now, kicking yourself for not attending one!
They are great fun, you meet great people and will make huge process. You will get your life back.

Thanks to Mark and Chris for posting encouragement on the discussion board.
I know you both not only got a lot out of the weekend workshops, but ENJOYED them too!
I look forward to seeing those who are encouraged by these postings to attend a workshop. I did one myself, so I know how life-changing it can be! As Chris says - what are you waiting for? Get on a workshop now.
Best regards to all those who I have met at past workshops, and I look forward to seeing YOU (the ditherer) at the next one!
