Day Four and Five

Thanks for all the support and great tips guys! Things are going well with the odd hiccup that I'm taking in stride - I'm quite excited to be doing something about my AP finally. Thanks Andrew for the tip on sounds - I have got a few different water sounds now on my mp3 - great for public toilets. The other bonus is that nobody tries to chat to you either which at present I still find really offputting! I managed to go to a few public toilets over the last couple of days and generally things have gone well. Last night - Pub to watch football - waited for someone to go in and followed a minute later to have a go at the dreaded trough - had a bit of a delay (10 secs?) but managed to get in flow before they left. Result! I think this is the first time I have done this in a decade. Morning - Went to public toilets a couple of times (open bowls but lots of them and two wall directions which I find helps). Used the mp3 and went once without (held it - thanks for advice) and once with quite a few people there - closest was a couple of urinals away so I didn't feel too bad. Went to the cafe at lunch - this has two urinals together but on the bright side they have a divider between them like the berlin wall! Followed someone in again but this time got a bit fixated on the sound of them peeing and tied up. Got phone out to 'answer' message and managed to start going as they were finishing (30-60 sec delay?). Went at home in front of my wife before bath with son - tied up a bit (I haven't told her about my AP yet) but managed to go. My son copied! Great result - one of the big reasons I want to sort this out is so I can pee with him and he doesn't end up getting my AP... That's all for now - keep you posted - keep peeing and posting everyone!
