I did the workshop in Manchester at the beginning of last month. The results are amazing. I am doing things I have not done in twenty years. My recovery is not complete but I can see that it is achievable. My advice to anyone else is to do the workshop. Do not let this condition ruin any more of your life. I told people I went on a sales motivation course, and it felt like that.

Hi Dave
Excellent news: you do sound as if you have the bit between your teeth.
A Sales motivation course: now you mention it, I can see that aspect. It goes to show the power of motivation.
Keep in touch
Andrew

You and Mert were fantastic. The workshop seemed to work as a catalyst, its hard to believe how far I have come since I first made contact with you. I think the answer is to start trying. I had avoided public toilets for so long I was plesantly surprised once I started practicing in our local mall. I am at the stage where I can pee in the toilet if there is one or two people at the urinals or people at the wash basins etc. There are about nine urinals with dividers so its does not feel crowded. The big jump now is to pee in front of someone I know. Its seems to be a whole new heirachy. I am going to keep at it in the mall loo until that is second nature though.
