This is my first time posting on the board but have been reading it for nearly a year. I have suffered with AP since I was 18 (I’m 36 now). I can use cubicles ok as long as there isn't a queue or people are waiting for me and can use a urinal if the toilets are empty and it is unlikely that anyone is about to appear. I have spent yaers picking my time to dash to the toilet or avoiding them altogether, holding on until I get home. The pub with 3 0r 4 mates is always quite stressful as I usually wait until everyone has been so That I can then go and hope taht no-one will follow me and then wnder why I'm in the cubicle. I would be interested in attending the beginners’ workshop in London in October. Could you send me details please Andrew?
