Finally deciding to do something about it!

Hey everyone, I've had this problem for a few years now, I'm not even sure when it started, but I remember it only started bothering me about 5 years ago just before I went to University, before that I never thought it was strange just having to use a cubicle instead of a urinal. But then as Uni went on I started to go out less and less because I was suddenly becoming very aware of my problem. I've gotten really upset about this on some occasions, but I've always managed to "deal with it" I'm now out of Uni and have started a new job, and I'm at the stage where I finally want to do something about it. I'm able to use cubicles fine, the problem is with urinals or any non-private places really. I used to think it was a problem I'd just have to live with, but reading the posts on this board and researching into it, I've decided I'm going to attend a workshop and start getting over this once and for all. I've emailed Andrew and just waiting for a reply... I am so nervous, and was shaking when I sent the email, but I'm also really excited about attending a workshop. All the positive comments I've read from people who have attended one have inspired me to sign up, so thanks to all of you, it's been such a relief having others out there with this. Fabio
