But 3 years ago I desided to start working on myself, I went to the workshops 3 times total, also I kept challenging myself in bathroom situations, I tried to remain optimistic -> PMA (positive mental attitude). I have also catheters in case for emergencies, but havn't used them yet.
As a result I got more succeses in both my primary and secondary paruresis.
Thus I could fulfill my childhood dream, in becomming a Boeing 737 Pilot
Although I'm not completely recoverd, I progressed the last 3 years so much, that now I wake up every morning with a smile

Its been a pleasure knowing you, and to see your determination to face up to this problem so you could achieve your ambition to be a pilot. It has not been easy has it? In the short term some set backs and diappointments happened; but in the long term you are getting there, or have in fact got there.
