I can't pin down when I was first unable to pee in public but I remember very vividly a holiday boat trip and a man insisting there was room enough for 2 to pee in a single toilet, not being a violent person i left without peeing, that was 14 years ago. I have been looking at self-hypnosis and was wondering whether anyone has tried this technique and what results have been achieved. The cd/mp3 i have been looking at focuses on 'Fears. Phobias and Anxieties.

If you'll repeat it every day, one month or two, you'll actually believe!!! I also believe, that hypnosis really works. It helped me forget my ex GF, so i know, what i'm talking about. But you can't forget, must practice really every day.
