Hi Geo,
I seen your message are you still suffering from paruresis?
I am the same but I have been to the workshop and found it a great help, even just to meet others and talk over our issues with other guys in the same boat.
I'm in Glasgow too, so if you ever want to let of steam talk to someone with paruresis get in touch.
