After 20 years suffering this phobia and having looked at this forum for 10 of those years, I decided enough was enough. Yes it took encouragement from others and a lot of courage to turn up on the day but it was well worth it! Brilliantly led by three leaders, we were made to feel comfortable very quickly. I was with five other men who I would now consider friends. The weekend is a 'journey'. We all started at the beginning and ended up in front of a urinal in the presence of another. Someone who is a 'graduate' of this course said it changed his life and he has seen it change the life of others. I and the other men on the workshop can relate to that now. This is not a quick fix, it takes time and commitment but this gives you the tools to go forwards and enjoy life. Thank you to everyone involved including the leaders who give up their time to help others and to Andrew who established this trust.
