Hi Rory, I've only just discovered this group and didn't even know what I've been struggling with for 30 years is an actual documented and treatable condition. I haven't attended any workshops yet but it would be great to have contact and a buddy with the same condition etc. If your still looking for a buddy let me know, I live in Plymouth so let me know what you had in mind.
