I am from the southampton area and suffered with AP since I was 8yrs, now 43yrs. I have been to a beginners workshop and considering going to the Follow up workshop. Before going, I plan to go into Southampton to do some de-sensing as I have not had alot of opportunity so far this year, and feel I've taken a bit of a step backwards. It would be good to know if theres anyone in my area that would like to get in touch be it just to chat or for a P-bud.
