I'll second what has been said. The course was run in a relaxed manner, the volunteers were very engaging, and we never considered doing anything I wasn't comfortable with. Having done the course I'm now a lot closer to overcoming he condition, and have now been successful in using public toilets for the first time in a while. If you're having doubts about doing the course put them to the back of your mind. It will turn out to be one of the most important things you've done.
