Unfortunately this didn't work for me. I like to be in control and I didn't find myself easily falling into hypnosis. From what I heard from Gina she did have some success stories from it though which is great news for them.

So whilst it was unfortunate it didn't work for me it certainly gave me the kick up the backside to get myself on the recent follow up workshop which was a great boost!
