We have been running workshops since 2003, 89 workshops so far and more to come. 496 people have participated; yep just short of 500. We don’t push the workshops, preferring to ask the participants to give their feedback on our Discussion Board, and then directing enquirers like you to read their feedback. So go look there yourself: search for the word “Feedback”; every workshop has its own thread, and there are six workshops a year to read about.
Being a charity, the UKPT is non-profit making, and everyone involved is a volunteer i.e. unpaid. So though here is a workshop fee of £90 to contribute towards the overheads of a workshop (meeting room, leaders’ rooms and expenses), and you would have to pay for your room, you are not paying anyone for their input.
Its worth going to our website as well, which contains relevant information about CBT and about “therapies” that don’t work.
Cheers
