To add another voice, 100% agree with what's been written by the other guys on the workshop last weekend. Like many others, it took me a long time to commit to going. I thought I would be uniquely "unhelpable" and nearly turned back more than once, but I couldn't be happier I didn't. If you go and have anything like the experience I did, you'll be surrounded by a bunch of normal blokes of all different ages and from across the UK and abroad, and you'll leave having surprised yourself by what you can do when you put your mind to it.
